What do you mean by behavioral treatment?

I have this problem; testosterone and everything else checks out OK, I'm in good health generally and guessing it's stress-related. Gonna take months to a year or more to resolve the stress. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

"behavioral" = nonpharmaceutical... Yes, there are things you can do. Seek professional help; e.g., ask your urologist for someone who can help with the stress AND the impotence--both together! Do you have a regular partner who can be brought in to assist? That, too, is a plus. All the best!!!

The best thing you can do for erection quality is to get into the habit of doing daily 'Kegel' type excercises for your pelvic floor muscles....they have a PROFOUND effect on erection and orgasm strength.

I find it to "mix" better with food and don't upset the stomach at all. Anytime I've taken it on an empty stomach it creates a quite disgusting acidic belch Everyone is a little different.. It works fine by itself but for it's full potential the amino precursor Citrulline malate can be taken with it as well.

it could be multiple things. Diet, stress, etc. Are you overweight or have diabetes? those are 2 main factors in E.D.
