This seems to be a vague reference to the "Horse meat scandal" in Europe at the moment. Where meet going into cheap mince sold as beef mince was found to contain Horse DNA. Horse DNA was also found in meat that was to be supplied to various fast food outlets.

Bella,...it's a 'play' on the slang word/phrase 'horsedicked',..ie., well endowed. There is currently a massive fiasco here in Europe.....horse DNA has been widely found in beef products. it's a massive fraud that has been going on for years and police here in the UK as well as other european countries are tryning to track down exactly WHO has been responsible.
