Yes! I find that cum actually makes a better garnish or topping. The volume required to cook with cum can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. I have a section on my blog devoted to the "cum chef". Done a fair bit of this...
The fried eggs only works well at low temp with A Lot of cum

Served it on oysters with vodka and tobasco sauce

Cooked it in omelets with regular eggs

Mixed it into salad dressing

And smoothies.... A little extra protein for the protein shake
