There are two ways I know of.

1. you train every day of your life to become flexable enough to suck you own dick. Or...

2. Gain the trust of your best friend, Invite him over one day, and start talking about sex, porn, and say you just bought this new porn dvd, and ask if he wants to watch it. if he says yes, wait about 30 minutes into it, and (this is the tricky part) ask if he wants to masterbate together with you.
