Probably so ... especially if the guy has gained weight & has more belly fat than he did at 16. Cocks often aren't as hard as they were when we were 16 ... so there's probably truth to this idea. I guess you'd need to measure a large group of 18-25 year old guys and them measure than 25/30 or so years later - to find out if there's any truth to this.

It's common to lose a little size with age. I recently had a discussion about this with a friend and we both agreed we are smaller than we were back 25 years ago

Mine has grown a bit in the last few years, maybe from a lot of action and regular use. Perhaps yours has been inactive more often as you grew older?

Not sure how you can be so precise as it still has flexibility when stiff. I cant be so definitive with mine that seems the same. It does take more time to get stiff and nothing like as stiff.

Are you fit and active and do you smoke?.....as one ages it can take more time (and effort) to gt properly erect and aroused.
