Until a week or two ago, my balls would usually hang loose and there would be plenty of blood in my flaccid weenie to hang lower, thicker, and less wrinkled. Now the scrotum is all tight and the weenie shrunken to almost blood-drained size. What would cause this change? (concerned emoticon)

When it's hard it works just fine, but I kinda like having my junk hanging nicely when soft.
