I get creamy, too. It depends on the time of month. An educational note: right after a period, a woman is driest as the hormones rise. Then, the fluid is stretchy and clear like egg whites. That's fertile flow. That's estrogen flow, preparing for fertilization. Under a microscope, it has channels for sperm! And the whiter, creamier fluid is progesterone flow. It's "available" after ovulation and up to the next period. It's thicker and it's harder for sperm to pass through it. Some photos on my page look like I have creampies, but unless designated, it's just my own creaminess! When it is, I always say so.
