(Pre-Covid) While sitting at a bar at BJ's restaurant the guy next to me sparked up a conversation so we chatted a few about sports and current affairs etc. Then the conversation lead to children and family. The guy then took it a step further and asked why we didn't have our sons circumcised? I said we believe it should be up to the individual to grow up experience it first hand and make their own decision when old enough. This way they can decide to get it done and also pick what style etc they wanted if they so choose it. Either way they have the right to make the decision if need be.

He then asked was it because we wanted them to look like daddy? Again he caught me taking a drink of my beer and I took my time to make sure I didn't choke. He could tell I was embarrassed but I got the courage to tell him yes they will look and have the same thing as their father. The guy told me they had their son circumcised because everyone in both of their families circumcised their sons. It was easy and it was the American thing to do.

Once again he blurted out while I took another drink. My wife and I have been looking for a 3rd who would be our first uncircumcised together. I spit my beer across the bar getting everyone's attention. After I regained composure he intorduced me to his wife who remained hidden and quite sitting on the other side of him.
