On the advice of a friend I ordered a $35 massager. It's a "magic wand" style, but a cheap make and model. It arrived with four different business ends to swap out. one is just a 3 inch flat disc, one is ball-shaped, one is pointed, and one has four "fingers" sprouting from it.

The evening of the day it arrived, I stripped from the waist down, put some porn on TV, plugged this sucker in, and gave it a try.

Ho. Lee. Shit. This thing is super effective. And I have never to this day ever turned the power up past 1. Also, I started out using the four finger attachment and I've already sworn allegiance to its effectiveness.

One great part of it is the cleanup. There's no lube and nothing to worry about except a tablespoon of jizz which I can usually just wipe up with a half a paper towel.
