Haha good question, I think every girl different, also maybe Asian girls different to Western girls. I don't know how often men do this? I remember first time I know guys do this was when I was in high school, I was shocked, because I don't think girls do this at that age. As we become adult we get exposed to more of these adult material, sometimes it makes us excited, but I don't watch porn or do this very often. I think I do it when I need some distraction from stress of life, not because I seek the enjoyment.
