In late fall, we had a storm that knocked power out during dark hours. We live in a small town that is pitch black when power is out. I jokingly told my wife I could walk nude down our lane and no one would see me.

About a month later, we again lost power overnight during another storm. My wife was still asleep and I thought to myself, here’s my chance! The brisk weather would not deter me!

I stripped and went out the back door. To increase the risk and thus my excitement, I walked to the back fence perhaps 75 feet away from the house. I then walked around the house to the front.

After seeing there was no activity on our lane, I walked down our driveway and out to the middle of the lane. I kept an eye out in case someone came out of their home. it was highly doubtful anyone outside would be able to see me in the pitch black anyway…unless power was restored!

It was very exciting to walk nude down the middle of our lane, getting farther from my house. I knew the power (and lights) could come back on at anytime which just added to my excitement.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get far, because it started sprinkling and I was already cold! I went back to the house. I will not hesitate to conduct a repeat performance, if the same circumstances present themselves and they most definitely will!
