The story:

When I eyeballed this on the vendor site, I suspected it was too small, but the vendor sizing chart said it should fit me. As you can see, it was not even CLOSE. And the material was not stretchy.

The design is INTENDED to cover the nipples easily. Maybe it does for someone at least 5 inches shorter than I am, but this was just an unusable mess for me.
