On this, the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I want to make sure that everyone knows about "Operation Yellow Ribbon"
I wrote this blog story nine years ago and I don't doubt for a second that Canadians would react the same under similar circumstances today.

This is the only time that article 5 of the NATO constitution was instituted:
An armed attack on one NATO country is considered an attack upon them all.
That is how all 30 (at the time) NATO countries got involved in the Afghan war.
