I Google'd to see how many world leaders are female; Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Poland, South Korea, Switzerland, and there were a few more. This is a man's world, what are your thoughts of women in power?
We had a woman Prime Minister and she decimated the UK industries for a quick profit. The only thing she did well was fight...
I am curious to know why you see it as a man's world ?
As every man knows ,behind every good man is a good woman..
Will he be known as the 'First Gentleman' if Hilary is successful in becoming President of the United States...
So a second Clinton could become President..
Democracy hey!!!
Two Clintons are still better than two 'Bush's' though...
A bird in the hand is worth more than two in a bush....lol
Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for "fifth of May") is a celebration held on May 5. It is celebrated in the United States and in Mexico, primarily in the state of Puebla, where the holiday is called El Día de la Batalla de Puebla (English: The Day of the Battle of Puebla). Mexican Americans also often see the day as a source of pride; one way they can honor their ethnicity is to celebrate this day.
The date is observed to commemorate the Mexican army's unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio Zaragoza Seguín. In the United States, Cinco de Mayo is sometimes mistaken to be Mexico's Independence Day—the most important national holiday in Mexico—which is celebrated on September 16.
Happy Star Wars Day to ALL!

I contacted the member approximately 15 to 16 hours ago and requested that he remove any web derived pictures as it was against site guidelines. I received a quick reply from him stating that he did have a tumblr account however the picture posted on SYD was not posted there. Regardless, the picture was removed and sometime shortly after, he signed off. I believe the first vote to delete was cast after the picture was removed, qualified with [s]he THOUGHT it was a fake account, perhaps we could request a verification picture. Too late to ask for a verification picture, the member was deleted before he could sign on again.
Even though the new member removed the picture in question, all it took was the input from another member to delete and the followers followed. It's a damn shame when new members and established members comply yet are still deleted!
And folks wonder what can be done to increase membership as well as spark interest in others to become paying members!
I believe I did vote against deletion quite late in this particlar case, specifically after any image had been removed.
There does appear to be a subtext to these deletions. The assumption is that the person posting a contentious image is a fake and therefore, regardless of their action to comply with a request and remove an image they should still be deleted as they are fakes. In which case why bother with the request for the image to be taken down.
I would have thought that natural justice demanded that a member removing an image should be allowed to remain. Should they continue to reoffend that is a separate issue and should be brought to the panels attention when refeering a second time.

Laws are in place,it's the justice system to decide. That's why there are legal systems..all corruptible at some level.
Humans like rules, and then to test the boundaries of those rules.
And while humans make the rules, everything is open to interpretation.
the millions of dollars spent keeping those two alive could have kept thousands alive, could of helped **** or hospitals or schools, yes what a waste of life, but whose life??? two **** dealers, that made bad decisions, or the innocent....that never had a chance to live???

Doors song just started playing in my head.
People are strange when you're a stranger
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down
When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange
People are strange when you're a stranger
Faces look ugly when you're alone
Women seem wicked when you're unwanted
Streets are uneven when you're down
When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange
Faces come out of the rain
When you're strange
No one remembers your name
When you're strange
When you're strange
When you're strange

Not much on lyrics, is it Steffi?
What is the most popular food ordered for takeout dining?
a) Pizza
b) Chicken wings
c) Burgers
I actually thought that the correct response was burgers. I'm not convinced that this was not a trick question. Was Robert Irvine speaking of only the States or the entire world and the word 'dining', what are we talking about? Dining, is that supposed to be a civilized, sit down meal with a salad and a napkin on your lap or eating a burger off of a piece of waxed paper?
I'm not a worldly person, haven't traveled much other than to a couple of states and to Canada, our friendly neighbor to the north. In the States, it seems like there's fast food restaurant on every corner. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and then there's the prominent chains, Red Robin, Chili's, Ruby Tuesday. The affordability of the burger was also something I considered, so those were the factors I based my response on.
What do you think the palates for the rest of the world long for? Is it possible that it is crusty bread and hearty soup?

You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.
