Usually the capability to ejaculate semen comes about one to 2 years after puberty starts. The average for starting puberty is 11 1/2. This makes the average ejaculating semen around 13yrs old. This is only average. Puberty in boys is considered normal if it start as early as 9yrs old as late 16yrs.
