Hmm, it may not look like it, but I believe her shoulders were actually pretty far back in this picture, so I'm not sure how much she can reduce the sag without rising her arms. And you're right that her right tit appears to have a bigger fold. Anyway, there will be no cheating and no rising arms; I'll ask her for normal posture and then shoulders as far back as she can, we'll see what happens.
If her shoulders are even partially pulled back in this image then I'm willing to bet that she'll fail the test in both relaxed and "shoulders back" postures and for both breasts. Her folds look just deep enough for failure. But I'm looking forward to seeing who's right
Good news: I have initial test results, just giving you the first batch to keep up the suspense. Nekekal was right: with her shoulders pulled back, Eve passes the test with flying colors (no chance for the pencil to stay in her folds). I uploaded the image of her tits with her shoulders all the way back:
You can see that she nearly manages to completely "open" the fold under her left boob (almost back to her former glory!). The right one is still there, but it's very shallow. So success for "shoulders back"!

In this overly relaxed pose her tits are obviously significantly sagging and BOTH of them FAILED the pencil test. Her left tit was maybe marginal, with the pencil fairly shaky and close to falling out, but her right boob held it pretty securely, so to speak, with the fold being noticeably bigger and letting me wedge the pencil pretty well.
So there. As of now, Eve's boob fail the pencil test only when she slouches. I'd say this is good news!
