It's not the phone, it's Sprint. In our house we have 2 iPhones, a Samsung, and a LG and the service with Sprint has been horrible this last year on all of them. In August we are switching. Sprint sucks.

I wasn't sure what was going on and I took my phone into a Sprint corporate store. They seemed to understand what my concern waa about, they went as far as telling me that there was an update that was necessary that wasn't part of the 40+ minute updates that I normally schedule for overnight. The tech fiddled with the phone, told me it was updated and sent me on my way. I still get error messages saying "connection interrupted", "offline", "unable to reach the site", strange problems that I've never had. I recognize that roaming can be an issue because Canada is so close, but I have never experienced internet connectivity issues!

By the way, it is apparent that you are a house divided, 2 iPhones, a Samsung and an LG. In your opinion, which is the best device?

I'm not an iPhone guy. I like the Androids. This was the first time with an LG. My guy convinced me to change from a Samsung. He said this camera would blow away the Samsung. So I switched. Of course the kids have the iPhones and iPads. I don't really think one is better than the other. Androids are just user friendly in my opinion.

Been with T Mobile for well over 9 years now and throughout all that time only had one issue that needed attention!! although here in Maine there are areas that are dead zones (no service) But that holds true with all the carriers due to the dense trees (after all we are known as The pine tree state)

Well, you aughta know how they are.
All those redneck renovations with their abundance of tin sheeting and road signs, the junk piles laden with old microwaves, bathtubs and rusty auto parts... It just can't be good for reception. Haha.
Luckily, I live on top of the hill so they don't suck up all my signal. I do have to go outside or near a window to make calls though.

Yep. It's a pain sometimes, but something you get used to in these parts. I can make calls inside, but they'll drop if I'm too far from a window.
Verizon has the absolute worst reception here. When I had them (not long, went back to my beloved T-Mobile after a few months) I literally had to stand in the middle of the road to get two dinky bars.

I am not an Apple man, but only have a S5 but I have found out one thing about all cell phones. In a low area 1-2 bars, older LED lights can cause them to not connect. I am on ATT and in general not a bad carrier.

Turns out all the Co2 has caused global greening. My science teacher predicted this may happen. Since the fifties the earth increase in Co2 has created plant growth that would cover North America, it is happening from pole to pole.
