did you google how often and how much taxes increased during that time? Our property taxes have went up twice in the past 5 years. which would over shadow people leaving if you only looked at tax income.

republicans try to prevent or reduce over regulation, over inspection ,over chargeing where as that is how democrats get loose money to pay for freebies for the non working people.
To give a good example, a coworker decided to build a new house. He wanted to do most of the work himself and he wanted to use timber from his own property. Turns out his house was the last 1 in the county that was allowed to do that before new regulations hit that required all lumber to have a stamp on it and all work to be done by licensed folks.
He built a really nice home with a huge stone fire place and such for a fraction of what the average concrete slab house cost in the surrounding area. and what inspections were required, the inspectors actually brought new hires out there to show them how a house should be built and how my coworker actually applied more storm proofing and insolation that was required by new codes. people that want better can do better if allowed without all the silly regulations.
BUT when he built his house, his lumber was literally cut down as a tree, sawn on a portable sawmill and nailed up right there on the spot. Saving him a ton of money and also giving him old growth ,tight grain floor joist that were a honest 2x12 instead of the store bought 13/4 by 11/1/2 with the costly stamp.his lumber bill was less than half store bought. that is just 1 example of how over regulation cost more. and really doesn't produce better quality.

I don't know that, you don't know that,no one really knows until the investigation is done ,From what Trump said while ago,he had a loaded gun and 2 magazines, which,is normal for protection late at night if you are out and about but to be in a public gathering is a bit much. Looks alot like he wanted to harm people.

Ananas2xLekker, check this link and read that last paragraph.

"New York lost $24.5 billion in state-adjusted gross income in 2021 as residents fled to New Jersey, Florida and other low-tax states, according to the latest Internal Revenue Service figures.
Nowhere was the state's outmigration more prevalent than in New York City, the nation's largest city with a population of 8.2 million. The Big Apple had a net loss of nearly 78,000 residents between 2022 and 2023, according to IRS data."
This shows what I am trying to tell you all along, tax and over regulate and people will LEAVE.
Not only the rich will leave but the folks that haul off their trash, fix their cars and keep the roads paved will leave as well. New york is the fastest growing shit hole on earth.

I am thankful you are not in America, stay over there. I am not gun obsessed by the way, i own a couple that I inherited, but nothing of the sort that makes the news.
I don't know or really care where you get all those adjectives you describe someone with you never met. I am not talking about unclogging a toilet when i say you are uneducated in anything USEFULL. Unless you are a teacher, God Knows I hope you are not, all that history you know is useless when the kitchen table is bare. Or when the plumbing is clogged.

Sadly I missed a chance to buy 1 a few years ago. It was missing the emissions bullshit and I was afraid I couldn't get it inspected but now it would be a antique and It would not need to be inspected. I coulda put a toyota drive train in it and drove it all over the place tripping people out.

I wasn't born in belarus,I was born Here in the USA where I have freedom of speech, religion, and to bear arms as a couple things that offend you leo. I also have equal access to education, housing and healthcare as anyone else who puts in the effort to obtain it.
A quick google really sheds some light on your king led utopia.
There is no general right to the freedom of speech in the UK; however, since 1998, limited freedom of expression is guaranteed according to Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, as applied in British law through the Human Rights Act 1998
In the United Kingdom, there is no automatic right to bear arms, although citizens may possess certain firearms on obtaining an appropriate licence.
The 1998 Human Rights Act states, “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching, practice and ...
So until 1990, uk was still fucked up as a football bat as far as rights of speech and religion.
Not to Mention your KING still plays with fucking DOLLS? At least our President plays with PUSSSY!

that is taxation without representation. I think there was a little tea party because of that a few century's ago?
If you have propety there, you sell it, What income? if they don't live there, where would the income be unless they had rental property's or something. As far as stocks, the stocks are not held there. Like mine there is not even a certificate any more sadly. it's online and on record at the company. I showed you a link to the founders of google leaving california in the dust a week or so ago.new york can be left to rot as well.

Many historians consider the American Civil War to be an anomaly in that it did not see widespread sexual violence. However, this conclusion is untrue and erases the experiences of many enslaved women, who were raped by Union soldiers as a show of power against the Confederacy.
I will leave it to you to find the page with that quote in it, I am tired.
