Someone in my community has posted that they are receiving a delivery of 5 cords of wood on the weekend. They post is specifically looking for hands to help in having the wood moved and stacked in their garage. My guess is that a "cord of wood" is a hella lot.

They are about to spend some serious cash to, probably in your nick of the woods upwards of 1400 bucks
a friend sold short bed pickup loads of dry oak for around 250 a load and usually got tipped some to.

What is it about PICKLEBALL that has everyone wanting to play? In my little town, the tennis and volleyball courts were removed and replaced with pickleball courts. I've been walking around our park every morning between 9am and 10am and again at approximately 7pm, weather permitting. In the morning, there's always a "lineup" of players/teams waiting for their turn and it's busy in the evening, too. Unbelievable!

To an untrained eye, mine of course, the court doesn't look any different than that of a tennis court. I can see that players are using a paddle, not a racquet and the ball is hard and much like a wiffle ball. I surely do not understand the scoring by numbers I've heard called out ie 4 -1 - 1 (always 3 numbers in succession) but it doesn't matter what I think, all the players seem to be having fun. Yep, players aged from early teens to upwards of 60 playing pickleball.

Hint,the 7 high is fine, the 7 wide is fine, but get v nose and put the shower in the front with those acrylic shower wall panels .Ac is easy on the roof, just order the trailer with 2 roof vents, the roof air will fit fine in either 1. look to spend 1700 on a roof air unless you find used.
The in side control panel cost extra.

He wants the bedroom (two wide bunks) in front and the wet bath by the back door. The usual stuff, fridge, sink, little oven, coffee maker, one burner stove inside, portable two burner stove outside, add-a-room outside and roll-up shade, and 32" TV.
