Eileen Cannon is wasting taxpayer money, by ordering the construction of a CIPA review facility in Fort Pierce Florida, where her chambers are located. Fort Pierce will probably never use that secure facility again. None of the judges, nor Trump have any business in Fort Pierce. Miami, where the chief judge of the district sits, has such a facility.
It makes absolutely no sense to have the CIPA review in Fort Pierce.

The only reason to order the construction of such a facility is to delay the case, in favor
of Donald Trump. No judged, while they are accused of being biased against Trump,
has done something so clearly biased. Cannon should be removed from the case.

Just because you lot kiss his feet, is no reason to let him get away with countless crimes. He committed treason against democracy. You lot attacked the capital over allegation of election meddling, but now you think your side is untouchable to the law, for something 10 times worse? It doesn't work that way. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

The fact that you lot still support him is unacceptable. He should be held accountable, not just for his own actions, but also as an example to the Republican party who participated in this treason, and to you, who keep supporting him after that.

I'll give you that the polls show the Clown polling ahead of Biden, but, let me point out two things. One: both are polling UNDER 50%. Two: other elected presidents polled behind the eventual loser at this stage of an election run.
If that’s your argument, remember that I said the same thing about the Clown at the 3 yr mark of his presidency and so did thousands too. So many that he lost in 2020.
We blame the divided Congress, a right leaning Supreme Court, and world events that we can’t control for many, if not most, of our problems. Admit it, your Repucker party can’t even agree on anything in their own Congressional caucus, let alone pass any worthwhile bills to ease the economic life of the working man. And what do you want to bring to the table? A candidate that the best that can be said about him is that he married a foreigner. A man that has 94 active indictments against him. A man that is accused of being a seditionist. A man that tried to negate the vote of millions of people in the 2020 election.
And what are we bringing in? Uncle Joe, not the best choice for a Democratic candidate, but one with experience and one that is trying hard to do good for the country and not for himself.

I don't think Trump would have been set free pre trail, because he's:
- Flight risk.
- It's a serious offense associated with at least 12 years detention.
- A high chance that the suspect will commit more crimes.
- A release could jeopardize the police investigation.

Trump is threatening witnesses, the prosecutor, the judge and everyone who speaks out against him. Even if he was released pre trial, his release would have been canceled as soon as he started doing those things.

The judge has a very inpressive background.
Angelica Chavis McIntyre is 32 years old and a native of Pembroke who now lives in Lumberton with her husband, Stephen McIntyre, and their son, Hamilton. She was first elected as a district court judge in 2018 and was named the chief district court judge for Robeson County by the Chief Justice of the NC Supreme Court in 2021, becoming the first Native American Female Chief Judge in the state.

She serves on the Chief Justice of North Carolina’s Task Force to Address Adverse Child Experiences, Robeson County Domestic Violence Task Force, and the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council. In our justice system, pre trial detention is only allowed in cases like:
- Flight risk.
- It's a serious offense associated with at least 12 years detention.
- A high chance that the suspect will commit more crimes.
- A release could jeopardize the police investigation.
- To protect the suspect against the public.

It's up to the judge to decide if pre trial detention is necessary.
There is a possibility of setting limitations, like electronic supervision.
We don't have a bail system. That's not fair for poor people.
I don't think we are releasing any people who are suspected of murder.
You are forgetting that we only have about 130 murders per year.
There is enough capacity to keep them in prison until their trial.

American patriotism and nationalism, good concepts, two things to strive for. Who would argue with that? No one, and that’s the way it should be, but who is patriotic or holds our national ethos? That is where all these right wing and religious right spokespersons throw a stick at the spokes of the proverbial bike. To them, patriotism and nationalism, is defined as THEIR way of life and everyone else’s views and lifestyles are NOT.
That is not patriotic if you believe in our Law of the Land, our Constitution and our Declaration of Independence from the tyranny of the English yoke. WASHINGTON — LAWYERS on average are much more liberal than the general population,
a new study has found. But judges are more conservative than the average lawyer, to say nothing
of the graduates of top law schools.
What accounts for the gap? The answer, the study says, is that judicial selection processes
are affected by politics.
Judges are, of course, almost without exception lawyers. If judges reflected the pool from which they
were selected based on politically neutral grounds like technical skill and temperament, the bench
might be expected to tilt left. But something else is going on.

“Politics plays a really significant role in shaping our judicial system,” said Maya Sen, a political
scientist at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and one of the authors of the study. Since
judges tend to be more conservative than lawyers, she said, it stands to reason that the officials who
appoint judges and the voters who elect them are taking account of ideology. She said the phenomenon
amounted to a politicization of the courts, driven largely by conservatives’ swimming against the
political tide of the legal profession.


Now, you spouted a lot of conservative dogma concerning the judicial system and in particular, about
liberal judicial positions. Now I’m asking to give examples. Where, why, or how did a legitimate VICTIM
get prosecuted. More importantly, what was the outcome of the TRIAL? I won’t deny there have been
cases where a person got railroaded, but, it’s not the rule. And, the liberals aren’t always the one that push
the boundaries of the judicial system. Take the Honorable Judge, Aileen Cannon, that has done everything
possible to keep The Clown from getting a slice of justice.

Now, let me address that old argument about WHO WON THE CIVIL WAR AGAINST SLAVERY.
The Civil War was won by the Nationalist North when they defeated the seditious Confederacy. It doesn’t
matter what their political membership in a political party was. Patriotism is what happens at the time it’s
needed. If those same people, later in time, become a blotch on the National landscape, then it’s ok to try
to counteract their politics. As an example take Henri Philippe Benoni Omer Pétain. He was a French
military officer and statesman who commanded the French Army in World War. A hero of France in WWI,
and became the head of the collaborationist regime of Vichy France, from 1940 to 1944, during World War II,
becoming a puppet of the German Nazi occupied France. A true traitor. That’s exactly what Trump is, a TRAITOR.
I don’t want a TRAITOR for President and I don’t want to be governed by people who support him or his type of
politics.
You can call it a rant. My President, Joe Biden, Old Joe, IS my President. I know age has whitened his temples
and his balance is that of a septuagenarian. So what? Does that mean he’s ready for the grave? His mind is
just as sharp as ever and his policies are spot on. What exactly did The Clown do besides running our national
debt into the stratosphere? From his other Repuckers at the debate last night, “our great grandchildren will suffer
for that”. Trump uses Depends too.
Tecsan, I’m Orthodox Catholic. I’m not that active in the church anymore. I question many things in my religion.
That doesn’t mean I don’t believe, nor does that mean left of center politically leaning people don’t believe. If you would
just open your eyes, you’d realize that the majority of the conservatives and the liberals are different by very little.
We all want life, liberty, the right to worship as we like and the pursuit of happiness. That includes the right to have
an abortion, and before you start squawking, more than 70% of the people from both sides of the political divide,
want abortion to be legal up to the 15th week.
