True, Trump was more famous before he became president than Obama was before he became president. But only a bit. To me, Trump was just another rich American, who put himself in Home Alone 2 and who put stranglehold contracts on his building contractors. I knew about The Apprentice, but had no desire to watch it. He only became a 'factor', because of his birther conspiracy. When Obama provided evidence and Trump kept going,
I put him in the 'just another racist right-wing asshole' category.
Then Trump became notorious, not famous, to everyone who has moral sense, personality judgment, critical thinking skills and/or just good taste.
