You actually don't need science to tell you the earth is a globe, you just take a plane, flying along the north-south axis, at sunset. You see the sun go down the horizon below you. The sun will shine though the portholes from one side, on to the wall on the other side above the portholes. That proves the sun in at an angle below the portholes, below the plane. That is impossible on a flat earth. It would mean the plane flies above the sun.
That would make it possible to fly OVER the sun, with a plane.
Really? So, ask the flerfs, how big the sun is and how high above the earth it circles that flat earth. Ask them to take a picture from a plane, with the sun under them. They will only have stupid excuses. That's why you don't need science, to understand the earth is a globe. You just need a brain capable of some logical thinking. Draw a picture if you need to. Play with a toy plane and a light-bulb. A child can come to the right answer.

If it is important to you that a company doesn't send some beers to a transgender again, with the idea to market it to woke people, I'm sure they won't do that again.
So, what did you achieve there? Woke people will drink other beers?

Boycots by conservatives will definitely force a response from a company that considers conservatives their target market. However, companies who brand themselves as 'diverse' or 'green' couldn't care less about your boycotts, because your canceling only strengthens the support they get from the woke or environmentalists they cater too.
DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) is something companies do internally. It's only intended to make their employees work weel with each other. It has nothing to do with their branding. It has everything to do with the pool of potential employees they are fishing in. Of course companies will use it as a selling point, if their target audience is diverse, woke or young. If their target audience is old and conservative, it's their best kept secret. But they will still DO DEI, if they have a diverse employee team, which they require to work well together. It would affect their profit, if they didn't.
My company does a lot of DEI. That's because they have a hard time attracting educated Dutch white men, from within the market pool they are fishing in. Understand that DEI started to make men work with women. A big part of it still is. My company has already been forced to increase wages significantly, because the competition was stealing all the potential employees. The last years they have been hiring expats. At this moment, about half my colleagues hardly speak any Dutch. To make their Dutch employees work with them efficiently, they are stimulating and celebrating diversity. That's DEI.
Honestly, every single expat my company hires is a smart, nice and hard-working treasure of a person. I love them all. But, my country does have a massive housing crisis, which is exacerbated by the actions of my company. The right-wing politicians in my country don't address that, they only talk about the refugees and the North African immigrants. To them, immigrants and expats are completely different. They think immigrants are a problem, but they don't care about the upper middle class and rich highly educated immigrants, who are actually raising the prices of our houses.
That's because they serve the big companies who get them here. The only party that addresses that is my Socialist Party. We want to educate our own citizens to do those jobs. Those highly educated people who are coming to my country, are needed in their own country, to stimulate their economy. That's why their countries invested in their education, not to have them move away.
They present themselves well and often bluff themselves into jobs that don't suit them.
They often suck at analytical skills, making them bad problem solvers. However, because they have the skills to sell their flawed ideas, they can cause enormous damage to a company.
DEI can be a solution to that as well. It provides people with the knowledge to look through the outside or a slick sales pitch, and assess the personality of the one applying for a position. A beautiful smile won't help the person finding the backdoor in the secure network. A black woman with dreads could have the qualifications to do that job much better, if the job interviewer knows how to look past the exterior and recognize those skills.

● No prewritten notes are allowed.
● The only props they’re permitted to have at the lectern are a pen, a pad of paper and a bottle of water.
● They will stand behind their lecterns the entire time, limiting their mobility — with Biden on the right and Trump on the left.
● There will be no opening statements from either candidate.
● Trump will get the final word during closing statements, as determined recently by a coin flip.
